The Salts & Minerals:

Pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salts and Dead Sea salt

The Botanicals:

Apple cider vinegar and Arnica

The Essential Oils:

Turmeric, Ginger, Wildcrafted Frankincense, Rosemary, Lavender, and Wintergreen

Directions:

The sooner you take a bath post-exercise, the better. Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe, and rest.

Caution: Hot or warm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions, except on the advice of a physician (including pregnant or breastfeeding women). Keep out of reach of children.
